Rules Changes for 2005

The rules committee has approved the following changes:

• Rainouts (all holes played will count, Section 10)
• League Seniority (sub/playoff matches don't count, Section 1.3)
• Individual Awards (rounds must be played at home course, Section 13.3)
• Low Net Average (replaces Most Improved, Section 13.3)
• Scrambles Format (added league recommended format, Section 18)
