Rules Changes for 2013

The Rules Committee is considering the following change(s):

Team awards to be proportional to division size (Section 11.2)
Approved
To win team awards and be eligible for the playoff match, league members must have played at least 50% of scheduled match scores
Dropped by majority vote of the RC
Replace Low Net award with Most Improved (Section 11.3)
Approved
