Rules Changes for 2019

The Rules Committee is considering the following change(s):

Male golfers can request the senior tees if they are 60 or older OR if their league hcp index is 9 or over OR if their tourney hcp index is 18 or over. Hcps will be checked each January - if they're no longer eligible they'll be moved back to the regular tees.

Eliminate the tournament Low Gross/Low Net prizes, and the league Low Stroke Average award. The IGL reports will still show the leaders, but they won't pay.

Lower the CP/LD prizes. Right now (by default), tourney fees are split 80/20 between flights and CP/LD's. Change it to 90/10.

Add a wildcard team to the league playoffs. The wildcard team would be the team with the best won/lost that did not make the playoffs.
