Rules Changes for 2020

This year we've adopted the new World Handicap System (WHS) used by USGA and R&A:

1. We no longer have separate hcps for league and tourney play. We now have one 18-hole handicap which is divided by 2 for league play. Consecutive 9-hole scores are combined. The new Handicap Scores report on the Player Reports page shows hcp calculation. Please check out your hcp and let me know if it doesn't look right.
2. Maximum handicap has been raised to 54 for everyone.
3. ESC has been simplified. The max per hole score towards hcp is now net double bogey for everyone.
4. Hcp formula has been revamped. See section 3 in our rules.
